Hi! I’m Colleen Porter, founder of Rise & Thrive Mindset.

I’ve spent more than 30 years building a career in automotive, heavy truck and other male-dominated environments. I’ve worked in sales, operations, purchasing, parts and leadership—and I know what it takes to build credibility, navigate change and keep moving forward.

But one of the biggest things I’ve learned is that career success isn’t static.

What you wanted at 25 may not be what you want at 35, 45 or 55.

Being successful at something doesn’t mean you have to keep doing it forever.

There can come a point when the question changes from:

“How do I become more successful?”

to:

“What does success actually look like for me now?”
